Dr. Fred Sirotkin

Dr. Sirotkin is an award-winning honors graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. As well as graduating at the top of his class he received the award for the outstanding resident in his class for his clinical work. He studied at the world reknowned Feinblum Instititute for Low Vision where he received honors as well. His expertise in contact lenses allows him to work with many of the most advanced cases frequently referred to regional facilities. He is an active member of both the Maryland Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
